The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. the location was conveniently just a short walk from the beach and town center, and there was a Tesco Superstore nearby for convenience.
There was no carpet on the stairs or landing, and the stairs leading down to the living room were steep and made of slate/stone, which was a safety concern. the settee in the living room had a dip in the middle and appeared well-used.

I absolutely loved the beautiful decorations and furniture in the house. It had a charming old-world feel that made me feel right at home. The general areas were spacious and comfortable, especially the lounge where I could relax and listen to music on the radio. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the house, with all the amenities spread across the four floors and easily accessible. It was a lovely experience.
I would have appreciated thicker windows in the bedrooms to reduce the noise levels from the cars and seagulls outside. Just a heads up in advance on parking would have been helpful for us senior folks.

Loved having access to a patio, perfect for sipping my afternoon tea. The holiday home had all the modern amenities, like a washing machine and tumble dryer, so I didn't have to hand wash my frilly dresses. And the towels were really fluffy, just like my Pomeranian's fur!
Oh, how delightful it was to have my peaceful stay interrupted by the sounds of the sea and the seagulls. Just marvelous!
